Responsibilities:

Audit Analytics

• Plan, develop and execute the audit analytics roadmap to enable continuous focus on efficiency and insight.
• Lead the audit analytics project and collaborate with the IT team and the service provider.
• Evolve the audit platform and processes to leverage value of data-driven audit technology and to enhance the audit quality.
• Engage audit team members and other stakeholders to support efficient and insightful auditing.
• Perform the audit analytics process, ranging from data extraction, data preparation, data analysis, and visualization.
• Deliver written reports of outcomes to the audit team and/or stakeholders.

IT Audit

• Perform the risk-based IT audit plan for the following areas: Governance and management of IT, IS acquisition, development & implementation, IS operations and business resilience, and protection of information assets.
• Lead the IT audit team and/ or collaborate with outsourced service providers. (Manager)
• Execute the IT audit program and communicate progress to the engagement manager. (Senior Officer)
• Be part of integrated audit teams by assessing IT general controls and application controls where appropriate.
• Communicate the audit results to all stakeholders, including conducting the exit meeting, writing the audit reports, presenting the outcomes to senior management and the audit committee.
• Carry out special investigation (if any).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, technology management, management information system or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years (Senior Officer) and 7 years (Manager) of working experience in auditing, data analytics or IT areas.

• Experience or knowledge of analytics technologies, visualization tools, audit management systems, ERP solutions.
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or other professional certification are preferable.
• TOEIC 785+ is an advantage.
• Be mature, initiative with strong sense of teamwork.
• Flexible to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
• Fast learner and willing to learn.
• Experience of solving issues and dealing with the uncertainty that can arise in project situations, including having a problem solving and can-do attitude.
