SVP Business Risk Management Division


Job Descriptions:

  • Manage risk analysis for disaster/crisis to identify impact and likelihood and functional areas to identify point of vulnerability, and identify mitigation strategies. Liaise with incident response team and BUs/SUs leaders to prepare for disaster/crisis before it occurs, and disaster/crisis response. Document and report crisis resolution and lesson learned after crisis in order to develop and prepare for the next crisis
  • Manage and develop crisis management plan and pandemic BCP bank-wide
  • Develop and review Business Continuity Management (BCM) Policy of Siam Commercial Bank PCL and SCB Financial Group to ensure that the BCM policy are up to date, practical and effective, and serve the regulatory requirements
  • Manage and facilitate with divisional BCP of SCB and its financial group to develop the divisional BCP to cover all Critical Business Function
  • Overview the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to identify key business function, over all risks and impact to services and products
  • Build and implement the awareness and provide knowledge, advices as well as the recommendations to the SCB and its financial group’s for all issues concerning BCM and BCP
  • Planning and set up BCP Plan Testing to ensure that the plan can be adopted into actual practice and in accordance with the determined objectives
  • Build an effective deployment of Operational risk management tools e.g. RCSA (Risk & Control Self- Assessment), KRI (Key Risk Indicator) to the first line of defense
  • Manage the risk assessment process to ensure comprehensiveness of risk identification and effectiveness of risk mitigation
  • Manage / identifying risks in the new products or significant changes to the existing products/processes
  • Manage in highlighting / reporting emerging operational risks to Senior Management / Committees
  • Build and implement an awareness and provide a strong operational risk management through engagement and trainings




  • 15-20 years of experience in banking technology, Business Risk Management, and Operation Risk Management
  • Good Command of English is required
  • Strong advisory, presentation, analytical and communication skills
