สมาคมผู้ตรวจสอบและควบคุมระบบสารสนเทศ ภาคพื้นกรุงเทพฯ (“สมาคม”) ขอเชิญชวนเข้าร่วมประชุมใหญ่สามัญประจำปี ครั้งที่ 1/2569 และงานสัมมนาวิชาการในหัวข้อ “AI-Driven Enterprise: Security, Governance and Risk Readiness” ในวันที่ 10 มิถุนายน 2569 ที่ โรงแรม Avani Ratchada Bangkok Hotel ห้อง Platinum Hall room ชั้น 3 ระหว่างเวลา 8:30-17:00 น. (งานสัมมนาวิชาการ ในช่วงเวลา 8:30-15:30 และงานประชุมใหญ่สามัญประจำปีในช่วงเวลา 15:45-17:00) ดังมีรายละเอียดตาม Link นี้
สมาคมใคร่ขอความร่วมมือจากท่านสมาชิกที่ประสงค์จะเข้าร่วมงานประชุมใหญ่สามัญประจำปี และ งานสัมมนาวิชาการ ช่วยกรุณากรอกข้อมูลการเข้าร่วมงานตาม Link นี้ ภายในวันที่ 22 พฤษภาคม 2569
ในกรณีที่ท่านไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมประชุมใหญ่สามัญได้ ทางสมาคมใคร่ขอความร่วมมือในการมอบฉันทะให้ผู้อื่น โดยสามารถ Download เอกกสารได้ที่นี่ เพื่อเข้าร่วมประชุมแทน โดยการมอบฉันทะให้ผู้หนึ่งผู้ใดโดยเฉพาะ หรือมอบฉันทะให้คุณกุสล ปิ่นมุข ประธานด้านวิชาการ หมายเลขสมาชิก 452514 อีเมล์ member@isaca-bangkok.org
ทั้งนี้ รบกวน ท่านสมาชิกโปรดกรอกรายละเอียด และลงนามในใบมอบฉันทะ และให้ผู้รับมอบฉันทะนำมาแสดงในวันประชุม หรือสแกนใบมอบฉันทะที่ลงนามแล้ว และนำส่งทาง email ไปที่ member@isaca-bangkok.org ภายในวันที่ 9 มิถุนายน 2569

The event will be held on June 10, 2026, at the Platinum Hall, 3rd Floor, Avani Ratchada Bangkok Hotel, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Registration: To facilitate our preparations, we kindly request members who wish to attend the seminar and/or the AGM to complete the registration form via this Link by May 22, 2026.
Proxy Appointment: In the event that you are unable to attend the AGM in person, we kindly request your cooperation in appointing a proxy to attend on your behalf. You may download the Proxy Form [here]. You can appoint a specific person of your choice or designate Mr. Kusol Pinmook, Academic Program Director (Member ID: 452514, Email: member@isaca-bangkok.org), as your proxy.
Please complete and sign the proxy form and choose one of the following methods:
